Hands-on Learning Program

As part of our flexible learning option program, our young people are invited and encouraged to participate in a range of activities and hands on learning experiences designed to set them up with the skills, knowledge and competencies required to get them into further training, jobs and apprenticeships. We offer organised activities and experiences with in-built lessons designed to emulate and compliment the flo school curriculum. All our offerings are designed with specific learning outcomes in mind.
 

The goal of our Flexible Learning Option Program is to provide a case-managed approach to customised learning for all participants. Each participant of the Mountain Track Flo Program brings with them a unique set of experiences which has impacted their educational engagement. The focus is on reconnecting the young person with education, engaging them in learning, and providing the individual support they need to overcome any obstacles to successfully participate and complete an education or training or employment pathway.
